Puffed Amaranth with Almonds and Coconutbutter

Amaranth and Almonds were bought, but the buttery secret of it all is the freshly homemade coconut butter. To make some of your own you just need grated coconut flakes and a strong blender, make sure your ingredient is at least at room temperature or warmer and blend it for 10mins. In the beginning you will need to make sure there is some pressure on the mixture so the blades can get a good grasp at the flakes to result in a somewhat sticky mixture, after you reached this point time will solve the rest and reward you with some delicious creamy coconut butter.
