There is more to good food than a recipe.
Following this mindset I’m sorry to tell all you guys, I usually don’t share recipes because I never cook in that manner. I follow my moods; my gut feelings on both ingredients and composition. How do they look and feel and fit to each other in my hands, mouth and imagery?
Most of the postings offered thus pay attention to a small detail, the thing that captured me most with a dish or recipe. I might indicate some approximate ingredients and procedure, but central to my cooking is the belief that every dish needs passion, dedication and patience. Thus, please don’t ask me how long that particular cake needs to stay in the oven…if you’ll do it with love, you will recognize exactly as the sweet nutty scent schmoozes your nostrils!
