Now, with my shift into the area of food design there are plenty of possible definitions you may have in mind, the design of food itself, design about or with food, but I personally like to focus on the experience of food, the meanings connected to eating and drinking, aspects of embodiment as well as the investigation of eating spaces and overall emplacement.
