What it is: Culinary pleasures meet brain foods. This hybrid combines a food market with street kitchens, bars and market stalls with rich contents, such as workshops, show cooking and (academic) lectures.

Cooking up: As Co-Founder of the Vienna Food Festival and Vienna Food Week I was head of project management as well as curator and moderator to the food & eat design program in 2016.

2015: We started this project as Vienna Food Week, combining events all over Vienna with a final celebration during the three day Vienna Food Festival at the Marx Halle. For more information check out www.viennafoodweek.at
