The title says it all, but the most important ingredient with this amuse bouche is the roasted garlic!

Its an easy add on for every salad or snack, just take a small pan and roast some crushed cloves in plenty of olive oil. As they developed their brown caramelized color and are properly crisp all the way through, remove them from oil and let the garlic cool down. Likewise set the oil aside until it reaches room temperature. That’s all the magic! And supposedly there is any left of it after your first batch, make sure you store the rest of your crunchy garlic in the wonderfully flavoured oil!
