Food shapes or everyday life, we do eat around 3 meals a day and spend most of our wake hours thinking, preparing or consuming food. Working with the team of the Ujusansa Family Surfcamp in Montalivet, France was one of my absolute highlights in 2020!

The pandemic has been tough on all of us, but I have the firm belief that life can lead you to beautiful places when you let go of the struggle of resisting the current – since the next wave might wash you into a new direction.

It was a beautiful experience working with the kitchen crew, doing workshops, and taking the first joint steps on how to optimising a sustainable and tasty food & beverage management for this Glamping paradise!
