Performance: induction cooktop; seaweed; clams; mussels; mint; sea water; beach sand; salicornia; fresh salt; tablecloth; microphone.

Immersive experience where the audience carefully explores a curated dinner table with locally foraged ingredients. Inviting to explore with all your senses of touch, smell, taste, sight and sound. The choices and interactions of the audience impact the smells of the collective “dish” and thus, the composition of the ecosystem performance depends on what the audience contributes.
